Oh man! I know more about the coffee business than I had ever hoped to know. I just want to get behinf a counter and serve people now. The trade show was overwhelming. I have a hundred samples I need to try and a million pages of literature I have to read. Once I sort out all of the stuff I got I am going to post a few of the websites I found to be interesting. I am so siked. I need to finish me business plan so I can get this thing off the ground. I am super scared though. I have to keep reminding myself that this is what God wants of me. I have to admit though...there have been some events as of late that have had me question God's call on my life as far as the coffee house is concerned. Things that make me wonder what God is doing. No doubt He knows what he is doing but I wish He would fill me in. I guess that is what faith is. Belief in things unseen, right? Man that is hard. Well, if that is what He wants than that is what I must give. On a cool note I feel more equiped. Fatt Caff is the name. Found some cool locations and got the inside scoop from a Revitalization Expert in the towson area...who is going out of business...who is moving out etc... Very exciting. There is no doubt God is hooking me up with people who want to help. Now, I just need money. No doubt he will provide that too. He always does. Later
